We are extremely grateful to Kayla Owens and the rest of The U.R.I. Life Philanthropy Team for their generous donation of $35,000 to the 100 Club. The club was named as one of the benefactors for their annual Greek Week fundraising event. Captain Edward Owens, from the Barrington Fire Department, was instrumental by recommending us for this donation.

As my two-year term as President comes to a close, I want to sincerely thank each and every one of our members for your support, generosity, and commitment to The 100 Club of Rhode Island. Together, we have accomplished a great deal over the past two years, and none of it would have been possible without your dedication to our mission.

It has been a meaningful and rewarding experience serving as President of The 100 Club of Rhode Island.

June 11th at our Annual Dinner, Dr. Herbert “Hub” Brennan will assume the role of President. I am confident the organization will continue to grow and thrive under his leadership.

Thank you once again for your continued support of The 100 Club of Rhode Island and our mission:

“To Benefit the Widows and Children of Fallen First Responders.”

Sincerely,

Michael Bestwick
